Seven children from the Maldives have taken part in International Autistic Talent Gala 2016.
The purpose of the talent competition organized by the Hong Kong’s AnAn Group is to showcase the talent of autistic children to the world and support them. There are children from 22 countries across the world taking part in the talent show.
The seven children from Maldives taking part in the competition were selected by Malé Autism Center under the Maldives Autism Association, upon invitation. The Maldivian children are taking part in the special music category of the competition.
Online voting has now been opened with the songs from the seven children. Winners of the talent show are chosen from a percentage of Facebook votes and Judge’s marks. In the category, Maldivian children are ahead of the other children.
Voting closes on 7 September.
