Police recover 2 safes stolen from Addu office

Police have recovered two safes stolen from the office of a construction company in Addu City.

The robbery was reported to police on Saturday evening.

Police said that one of the safes was found from the yard of the office. And the other, from an abandoned property near the office.

According to police, the safes contained passports and documents – but no money.

Investigation into the case is ongoing, but no arrests have been made yet.
