Man in critical condition after falling off 50 ft high tank

Man who fell off a 50-foot-high water tank in S. Hithadhoo has been hospitalized with serious injuries.

An official from Hithadhoo Regional Hospital who spoke to “Sun” on Saturday confirmed that they were treating a man who fell off a water tank. Adding that he had suffered serious injuries.

“He has suffered serious injuries. His right hand is broken. Doctors have said that other bones have also been injured. His condition is critical,” said the official.

The official said that those who brought him to the hospital said that the man had fallen off a 50-foot-high tank.
