Charges pressed against RajjeTV journalist Wisam

State has pressed two charges against RajjeTV journalist Mohamed Wisam.

Wisam was already charged with deliberately obstructing a law enforcing officer from performing his duty on March 17. And was again charged with obstructing police from performing their duty on April 5.

Wisam has been asked to go to Criminal Court on April 14, at 11 am so that he is briefed on the charge against him.

It is unclear at this point regarding what incident he has been charged with.

He has been arrested from protests on a number of occasions.
