Kooddoo airport temporarily closed due to runway lights issue

G.A. Kooddoo airport has been temporarily closed due to switching off the navigational lights on the runway.

Sources say that the lights went out due to a technical issue.

After the airport closed, two flights to the airport have been diverted to G.Dh. Kaadedhoo.

The airport staff is working to resolve the issue and light up the runway again.
