Applications open for Permanent Secretary of Finance

Applications have been opened for the position of Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury.

The position was vacated after the Permanent Secretary of Finance Ministry, Ismail Ali Manik resigned from the position following the order from the President’s Office to let go a number their staff and some important sections of the ministry were terminated.

The salary for the position is MVR 20,500 and comes with a living allowance of MVR 15,000.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their application before 2 p.m. of 17 January to the Civil Service Commission.
