CEO of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) Ibrahim Abdul Razzaq Haleem has said that MTCC is thinking about expanding their land and sea transportation services across the country.
Speaking at the contracting signing of a development project in Thinadhoo held at Dharubaaruge yesterday, Abdul Razzaq Haleem said that the transportation services provided by MTCC is a high priority of the company.
And so the company is thinking about expanding their services across the country and is working with the government to make it happen.
Haleem said that MTCC is interested in introducing their transportation services in Huvadhoo Atoll (G.A and G.Dh. atoll). And he noted that their services were introduced to Thaa and Laamu atolls this year.
“Our target is giving transportation services in all parts of the country with buses and ferries the people are happy with.” CEO Abdul Razzaq Haleem said.
MTCC is currently providing the majority of their transportation services near Malé City.
Haleem said that the transportation services are being expanded with President Abdulla Yamin’s thinking with counsel from the Economic Council. And so MTCC has the guarantee of providing the most adequate solutions to the transportation services in the Maldives.
