A Maldivian has been found dead in Sri Lanka

A Maldivian has been found dead with injuries in Sri Lanka.

Sun Media has confirmed that the body found dead is the 28-year-old Hussain Razeen (Rabarey). His body is currently in the mortuary of the Kalubovila Hospital.

“Razeen came to Sri Lanka on a tourist VISA. He left home last night around 11. He wasn’t heard from since then.” A close friend of Razeen said.

Sri Lanka’s Dailymirror reports that the according to the Police, the body of a 28-year-old man was found with injuries in a field near Tumbovila Bridge in Piliyandala this morning. Two gold necklaces and some keys were found in the area he was found according to the Dailymirror.

Body was identified as Hussain Razeen (Rabarey) after the family called the Hospital after the body was transferred. Razeen’s father is Sri Lankan national.

“We’re sure that the man found dead is Razeen. But since the mortuary is closed at this time, the hospital said that the body would be shown tomorrow.” The man who spoke to the media said.

Hussain Razeen (Rabarey), H. Hundred Flowers, is a suspect in the murder of Ali Irash (H. Kubra). Back then, the Police issued a red notice through Interpol before he came in quietly.
