MDA: The SMSs sent in the name of Siyam has no truth to it

MDA has said that the recent text messages being sent in the name of the MDA Leader, Ahmed Siyam Mohamed has no truth to it.

The Party issued a statement today saying that the party condemns the text messages being sent that displays the party’s leader Siyam’s number to the receiver through technology.

The MDA statement says that the party condemns the cowardly act and that the messages are sent by evil people with no love or respect for the country and the people as part of a plane to achieve some political goal.

It said that the MDA Leader and the Council and all it’s members are ready to do anything that needs to be done to protect the presidency of the President Abdulla Yamin.

The statement assures the people that the MDA Leader is firmly behind the President Yamin regardless of the baseless cowardly acts being committed.

While false text messages are being sent in the name of the MDA Leader Siyam, similar messages are being sent in the name of the Home Minister, Umar Naseer.
