Latest iPhone goes on sale at Ooredoo

Apple's latest iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are now available at Ooredoo.

Speaking at a press conference at Ooredoo Experience Centre this morning, Senior Executive Public Relations Noora Ibrahim Zahir said that sales began at midnight last night to those who had placed pre-orders.

Noora said that those who pay the full price would receive 1 GB additional data every month for one year and 100-minute free calls.

The phones are also available on instalment basis, which involves a down payment of MVR 3,999 and monthly payment of MVR 549. Those taking the instalment package are also required to purchase the Ooredoo Post-paid Package 499 or 999.

Noora said that customers who take the instalment package through Post-paid Package 499 or 999 will receive unlimited SMS and 10 GB free data every month.

The price of 16 GB iPhone 6s is MVR 13,400, and 16 GB iPhone 6s Plus is MVR 15,499.
