Qatar Airways unveils specially designed hajj kits

Qatar Airways has unveiled specially designed hajj kits to be offered to all passengers travelling for pilgrimage on its Jeddah and Madinah flights during hajj season from 15 to 22 September 2015.

The national carrier of the State of Qatar is the first and only GCC airline to offer these exclusive and specially designed hajj kits, which contain a wide range of items for pilgrims traveling to Mecca, such as wet wipes, prayer counter, prayer beads, stone bag, socks and prayer mat. In addition, the-easy-to-carry bag can also be turned into a large bag to carry shoes.

Salam Al Shawa, Qatar Airways Senior Vice President Marketing and Corporate Communications said, “In respect of this holy ritual, and our continuous commitment to our valued passengers to help and ease their experience during their hajj journey, we are delighted to provide them with these exclusive hajj kits. During the period of hajj, Muslims from around the world will be heading to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, to perform the annual Islamic pilgrimage which is a mandatory ritual for all Muslims.

Qatar Airways began operations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1997 with non-stop flights to Jeddah.
