Ooredoo announces

Telecom company Ooredoo has announced the 10 lucky winners of the company’s ‘Big Million Offer’ promotion.

10 Ooredoo customers who spent over a specific amount were chosen and awarded MVR 100,000 each – totaling MVR 1 million.

The lucky winners were announced during a Live program aired on television channel ‘Dhi-Plus’ on Saturday.

A total of 12,000 customers who participated in the ‘Big Million Offer’ promotion were awarded different prizes after scoring targeted amount of points. The promotion took place from June to end of August.

Customers were showered with free minutes and free data on a daily basis, while lucky winners were chosen on a weekly basis and gifted iPhone 6 mobile phones. 10 lucky winners were chosen from the 93,000 customers who reached the ‘Grand Target’ and awarded MVR 100,000 as part of the ‘Big Million Cash Prize’.

Ooredoo CEO Vikram Sinha said that ‘Big Million Offer’ promotion was conducted to celebrate 50 years of independence the country marked this year, as well as a way of thanking the trust their customers had placed on them the past 10 years of operation in Maldives.
