Two injured in traffic collision in Fuvahmulah

Two people have been injured in a traffic collision tonight in Gn Fuvahmulah.

The two people are now being treated at the Fuvahmulah Hospital. Manager of the Hospital, Mohamed Faruzaad told Sun Media that they did not sustain major injuries.

“No big, serious injuries were sustained. Had a lot of scrapes on the face, body also.” Faruzaad said.

Fuvahmulah Hospital said that they were both young men.

Police said that the incident took place when two motorcycles driving on the island’s Mohamed Jamaaluddin Naibuthuhthu road collided.

The collision took place in area where the store, Queen Sale is located.
