EOI invited for a second time, for 25-storey office complex project

Ministry of Finance has made an announcement for a second time, seeking a party undertake the construction of a 25-storey multi office complex.

The Ministry said that not many applications were received following the first announcement.

Interested parties are invited to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) before 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 21 September 2015.

Minister of Finance Abdulla Jihad told Sun Online earlier that the building will replace the two buildings on the west and east of Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA).

A 32,000 sq ft land plot has been designated for the office complex.

The project will be finances under contractor-finance policy, and not by the government.
