STO: Rumors about chemicals in the flour imported by STO is false

State Trading Organization (STO) said that the rumors spreading on social media saying that there are chemicals in the flour imported by STO and the company urges people not to use it are false.

A statement from STO says that the message circulating on social media was not issued by them.

And that the goods imported by STO are maintained at a certain standard and with the permits from the relevant institutes.

STO imports the highest food supplies to the Maldives.
