Education Ministry has said that the new temporary building for the students of Dharumavantha School while the new building at the school is being constructed would be completed in November.
Director of the Education Ministry, Mohamed Shakir told Sun Media today that the due date for the contractor of the project is 30 November.
He said that all the students currently in Dharumavantha School would be facilitated at the temporary building.
“Well all the students studying at Dhraumavantha School can study at the same place (at the temporary building). With God’s will all the facilities required by the students would be established there.” Shakir said.
Director Shakir said that the temporary building would have 43 classrooms.
“We (the Education Ministry) are trying for students to study there and to be ready at the beginning of the next year’s academic year.” Shakir said.
The temporary building for Dharaumavantha School is being built on the empty land next to the parking zone of Velaanaage.
The Education Ministry has previously said that by the end of the temporary building, the students would not be lacking any facilities.
