Indian Ambassador to the Maldives moved to Denmark

The Indian Ambassador to the Maldives, Rajeeve Shahare has been changed to another country.

A statement from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said that Mr. Shahare has been appointed as the Indian Ambassador to Denmark.

Rajeeve Shahare was appointed as the Ambassador to the Maldives on 10 April 2013 during the Presidency of Dr. Mohamed Waheed. He took over the position after the former Ambassador to the Maldives, Dnyaneshwar M. Mulay was appointed as the Indian Consular General in New York.
