MDA Leader Siyam urges to work towards a compassionate, loving society

Leader of Maldives Development Alliance (MDA) Ahmed Siyam Mohamed has urged everyone to work towards building a loving and compassionate society.

In a statement issued on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Siyam said that today, the priority should be helping those in need and building a society where people are compassionate and loving towards one another.

He also urged everyone to renew their resolution to strengthen family ties, and work to find ways to forgive people for past fallings-out.

Greater heights can be achieved if everyone worked together with love and solidarity for the nation, said Siyam, which would result in happiness and contentment for the people, and prosperity and wealth for the country.

He advised people to consider carefully their personal prospects as well as the future of the nation, before every decision and action.
