Correctional Service introduces new uniform

Maldives Correctional Service has introduced a new uniform.

According to Correctional Service, the new grey tactical uniform is designed to make working easier, compared to the working uniform used until now.

Flag-hoisting ceremonies were held at Hulhumalé Detention Centre and Maafushi Prison today to launch the new uniform.

The guest of honour at the ceremony at Hulhumalé Detention Centre was Commissioner of Prisons Mohamed Husham, while the guest of honour at the ceremony at Maafushi Prison was Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zilal.

The ceremonies were attended by Commissioned Officers, Directors, and Officers.
