MACI promises full cooperation to government in efforts to develop construction industry

President of Maldives Association for Construction Industry (MACI) Mohamed Ali Janah has said that the organisation would fully cooperate with the government in the efforts to develop and promote the construction industry.

In an interview to Sun Online, Janah said that the industry still faces difficulties in financing construction projects, but the situation has improved following the current government’s policies aimed at solving such problems.

He said that efforts would be made to help Maldivian companies win projects, and the organisation’s aim was to increase the number of Maldivian companies in the construction industry.
