The cabinet has decided to run the drug rehabilitation centers with a low budget and a more efficient system.
The president’s office says the decision was made in today’s meeting after discussing the letter from the National Drug Agency.
Members of the cabinet discussed the high cost of running the rehabilitation center and the difficulties faced with the operations of the center.
The cabinet members also discussed the official ratification into the Doha Amendment presented by the Ministry of Environment and Energy. The cabinet also decided to ratify the Doha Amendment which is under the Kyoto Protocol, as soon as possible.
Doha Amendment is the second phase (CP2) of the Kyoto Protocol established by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
