Islamic Minister: Ten mosques will be completed before Ramadan ends

Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed has said that ten projects, from the ongoing mosque projects in the islands of Maldives will be completed before the end of Ramadan.

In a news conference held at Islamic Center, Dr. Shaheem on Thursday said that ten out of 15 projects will be completed before the end of Ramadan, and a total of 22 such projects will be carried out throughout this year.

Minister said that Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo Islamic Center is among major projects and rendering process of that mosque is in progress at the moment.

Minister, in the news conference, has highlighted on the public awareness programs on religious issues that are being carried out across the country by the Islamic Ministry.
