MP Azim tests positive for drugs

Medhu-Henveyru MP Ali Azim has tested positive for drugs, after he was arrested for obstructing police duties during a protest on Sunday night.

This has been confirmed to Sun Online by an unofficial source within the police.

The police spokesperson said that an investigation was ongoing against Azim following drug accusations.

Azim was also arrested at a protest about three years ago, at which time he refused to provide the urine sample necessary for testing for drugs, said police.
