Two councillors resign in Milandhoo

Two members of the Shaviyani Milandhoo Council have resigned.

Milandhoo Council President Abdulla Faiz told Sun Online that the council's Vice President Hassan Fayaz resigned yesterday, while its Member Mohamed Yasir resigned two days ago.

Faiz further said that Fayaz had not given any reason for his resignation, while Yasir had mentioned in his resignation letter that he wanted to take on a political post.

Yasir is presently the head of Milandhoo Health Centre.
