Ooredoo introduces free calls between IGMH staff

Ooredoo has introduced a plan where staff of Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) can call and SMS each other for free.

The agreement in this regard was signed at a ceremony at IGMH today, by CEO of Ooredoo Vikram Singh and Deputy Director General of IGMH Mohamed Rishwan.

Speaking at the ceremony, Singh said that Ooredoo would always improve its services according to customer needs and the latest technology.

Rishwan said that the service would be help reduce the hospital’s spending on phone expenses and provide better services to the people, and that it would be used to allow customers to, for example, easily check queue numbers and appointments.

Ooredoo has said that under the agreement signed today, IGMH staff can make phone calls and send SMS for free via its Mobile Virtual Private Network service.
