Policeman arrested over domestic violence case

A police officer has been arrested over a domestic violence case.

Police said that a 35 year old policeman has been arrested red handed from Hulhumale’ on Tuesday at around 12:45 pm in a domestic violence case.

Sun Online has learned that Inspector Ismail Rameez has been arrested in this case.

Police said that the woman who was abused has been treated from Hulhumale’ Hospital.

The case is under investigation by Hulhumale’ Police Station and Family and Child Protection Department.
