Doctor who confirmed Hussain Waheed

Two minors suspected of committing murder of Hussain Waheed, Ma. Aisha, requested their lawyer to summon the doctor who made the report on Hussain Waheed’s death confirmation and doctors involved in the translation of the report to court.

An official of Juvenile Court said that judge has notified government to present those doctors to the trial.

Official of Juvenile Court said that according to defence lawyer, request was made to present the doctors who made the report and translated the report because there were mismatches between the two reports.

Next hearing of the trial will be held on 29 October 2014.

State has filed charges against two minors of 16 years old for murdering Hussain Waheed by attacking him with a knife during December 2013.

Between these two minors, one suspect has been charged for committing murder deliberately, as when Hussain Waheed was near Ma. Aisha, the suspect went with a group and attacked Hussain Waheed’s chest with a six-inch long knife on 24 December 2013 at around 10:30 p.m.

The second suspect was accused of being involved with the murderer because the first suspect, after attacking Hussain Waheed, got on the back seat of the motor cycle that was ridden by the second suspect.
