Man commits suicide by hanging in Hulhumale

A Maldivian has committed suicide by hanging himself in a flat of Hulhumale’.

Police media official said that a 23-year-old man has committed suicide by hanging in Hulhumale’ flat number 123, and this case was reported to police at around 7:30 p.m. today.

“The case was reported to police at around 7:30 p.m. today. Police have taken the body to Hulhumale’ Hospital and doctors have confirmed that he was dead when brought to hospital,” said media official.
