Dhiraagu has issued a notice informing the public of network interruptions during certain periods on Wednesday, 30 July, and Thursday, 31 July, due to the upgrade of its mobile network and implementation of 4G LTE services.
The telecommunications provider said that issuing of new SIM cards and activation of new SIM card services will be suspended from 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday until 6:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Dhiraagu customers may also face difficulties in making and receiving calls, experience delays in SMS and mobile data services, and encounter suspension of USSD service between 3:00 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Thursday.
USSD service include key services such as prepaid recharge, account balance and call me back services. Dhiraagu has promised to regularly update customers on its upgrading schedules and future service interruptions.
