Speaker extends Eid Greetings to the public

Speaker of the Parliament Abdulla Maseeh Mohamed on Sunday extended greetings and good wishes to the people of Maldives on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, on behalf of the Members of Parliament of the 18th People’s Majlis.

In his message, Speaker Maseeh condemned Israeli attacks on Gaza and expressed support for the efforts by Palestinian towards freedom and security. He extended his prayers to Palestinians for liberation from Israeli attacks, and for the unity and harmony of the Muslim World.

He also called for the cessation of stigmatization and denunciation faced by Muslims around the globe.
