Two IGMH nurses and a man injured in assault incident

Three foreign nationals have been injured in an assault incident in a house in Maafannu.

The quarrel was between two nurses of IGM Hospital and their husbands.

A Police Media Official said that the incident took place at around 6:30 in an apartment in Maafannu rented by Indian nationals. Sharp objects were used, resulting in two of them sustaining serious injuries to the head. The third person also suffered minor injuries.

While the three injured people are being treated at IGM Hospital, the assault has resulted in the arrest of one Indian national.
