Auditor General’s Office has published the list of institutions that have not submitted the annual report as required by the Public Finance Act.

The announcement made by Auditor General’s Office in relation to this list states that institutions that had submitted annual reports on or before 31 March, but failed to include all information as required by Public Finance Act, had also been included in the list.

The list contains of 389 names including councils, government ministries, and independent institutions.

Auditor General Niyaz Ibrahim said last Thursday, that some state institutions do not cooperate with the Auditor General’s Office’s efforts to create audit reports.
