Detention periods extended by 15 days for MP Alhan stab suspects

Criminal Court has extended the detention periods for a fourth time for the suspects involved in the stabbing of Feydhoo MP Alhan Fahmy.

Police said that detention periods for the suspects Mohamed Sameeh and Mohamed Naseem have again been extended by 15 days.

This case is under investigation the Serious and Organised Crime Department of Maldives Police Service.

MP Alhan was stabbed last month, and has returned to Male’ after receiving treatment at a hospital in Sri Lanka.
