German tourist found dead while snorkeling in Madoogali resort

A German tourist has been discovered dead while snorkeling in Alif Alif Madoogali island, a tourist resort owned by Blue Lagoon Investments.

According to a Madoogali official, the 70-year-old man was discovered dead while snorkeling around 3:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon and was promptly transported to the health center in Alif Alif Feridhoo, a local island located a few minutes away from the resort.

Police have also confirmed the incident.
