Man stabbed in Male

A man was stabbed near Ma. Shadow Avenue in Male’ late last night..

Police said that they received a report of a stabbing near Ma. Shadow Avenue around 12:30 a.m. last night. They said that the man was stabbed in three places and was taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

Police Media Official said that they are currently searching for the assailant.

Witnesses said that after being stabbed, the victim had grabbed the knife from the assailant and attacked him. They said that the victim had said “find them, they will also be dripping with blood,” while being carried off to the hospital.
