Powerful explosion in Aminiya School

An object has exploded inside Aminiya School premises. No students or staff members were injured in this incident.

Principal of Aminiya School Athiya Naseer said that an explosion was heard at around 11.00am today. It is suspected to have been caused by a ‘bottle thrown by kids’.

Athiya said that the explosion did not interfere with lessons or any other school activity.

Police Media Official Sub-inspector of Police Ahmed Shiyam said that a Police team is currently investigating the situation in Aminiya. No students or staff members have been hurt or injured.

He said that further details on this incident will be provided to media after investigations.
