Dhiraagu opens door to exclusive benefits for all mobile customers with EliteClub+

Dhiraagu has launched Dhiraagu EliteClub+, expanding access to exclusive benefits and discounts at more than 100 outlets to all Dhiraagu mobile customers.

The launch was announced at a special press conference, where the company revealed the story behind the mystery doors that appeared across Malé, Hulhumalé and other islands, sparking curiosity and speculation on social media. The doors symbolised an invitation to discover a world of benefits, which is now accessible to every Dhiraagu mobile customer through EliteClub+.

Building on the company’s existing loyalty programme, EliteClub+ offers greater value to Dhiraagu customers through special offers and lifestyle experiences that can be enjoyed in their everyday lives. The programme features four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Customers can earn points through eligible reloads, bill payments, add-ons and other transactions. Each tier unlocks additional rewards, along with exclusive benefits and privileges from partner outlets. Customers can also redeem their points for data, bill discounts, gift cards and lifestyle rewards offered by participating partners.

Existing EliteClub members will be automatically enrolled in EliteClub+, giving them access to benefits across the programme’s network of more than 100 outlets. Customers can enrol by logging in to the DhiraaguApp, selecting the EliteClub+ banner and following the steps to complete the process. To begin their rewards journey, every member will receive 100 welcome points, including existing EliteClub members who are automatically enrolled in EliteClub+.
