‘MV Run’ to be held on September 11th with exciting cash prizes

The ‘MV Run’, featuring exciting cash prizes, is scheduled to take place on September 11^th.

Organized by Total Fitness Group (TfG), the event will feature a five-kilometre run at Hulhumale' Central Park, beginning at 06:30am. Participants will be required to complete the course within a one-hour time limit.

Registration is open in two categories: the Competitive Category and the Open Category.

The Competitive Category is intended for runners competing for top positions across six age groups for both male and female participants:

• Under 19
• 20 to 29 years
• 30 to 39 years
• 40 to 49 years
• 50 to 59 years
• 60 years and above

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third-place finishers in each age group. The registration fee for this category is MVR 450.

The Open Category is intended for participants taking part primarily for the experience and carries a registration fee of MVR 400.

All participants who complete the run within the designated time limit, regardless of their category, will be eligible for the "MV Run" lucky draw. Twelve winners will each receive MVR 6,000, with a total cash prize allocation of MVR 100,000. In addition, 10 other participants will receive various non-cash prizes.

STELCO has been named the title sponsor of this year's event.
