Two commercial units from Hiyaa flats up for lease

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has invited interested parties to submit proposals for the lease of commercial units in Hiyaa flats developed in Hulhumale’ Phase II for open market demand.

In this regard, two commercial units have been made available for a range of business activities. HDC stated that the units on offer are HIY12-G-02, measuring 546.27 square feet, and HIY10-G-03, measuring 554.66 square feet. The Corporation has officially opened submission of proposals for the designated spaces.

To provide prospective applicants with further details regarding the project, HDC will conduct a pre-proposal meeting via Zoom on Sunday, June 14th at 10:00 AM. The Corporation has also requested that any parties seeking further clarification submit their queries via email no later than June 17^th.

Proposal submission is scheduled for July 1st at the Exhibition Center on the ground floor of the HDC Building, from 13:00 to 14:00. The proposals submitted will be opened at 14:00pm on the same day. HDC further noted that all proposals must be accompanied by the required bid security.
