Under this theme, discussions will centre on strengthening governance systems, improving service standards, integrating digital solutions, enhancing workplace safety, and addressing leadership challenges.

The conference is expected to bring together around 350 participants, including senior officials from civil service institutions, representatives from State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and secretary generals from city and island councils. It will include the presentation of 15 research papers on the future of the civil service, alongside keynote addresses from six national and international speakers.

According to the CSC, the main objective of the conference is to identify existing challenges in service delivery and advance the modernization of public services through innovative approaches. The final day of the event will focus on developing strategic reforms for the civil service based on the research findings and recommendations presented during the sessions.
