Eydhafushi to host Maldives’ largest atoll‑level business expo from March 27–29

Atoll Business Expo 2026, described as the largest business expo to be held in the atolls, is set to take place in Baa Atoll Eydhafushi next month.

The expo was officially announced at a ceremony held at Maagiri Hotel, attended by senior officials from the Baa Atoll Council, Eydhafushi Council, sponsors, partners and invited guests.

The hosting agreement was signed by Eydhafushi Council President Mohamed Fathih, while Baa Atoll Council Secretary General Mohamed Ikram signed on behalf of the atoll council. High Rise, the organiser of the expo, was represented by the company’s Sales and Marketing Director, Mariyam Maisha.

High Rise said the expo presents a promising new opportunity to strengthen business relationships and support regional economic growth across the Maldives.

Scheduled for 27–29 next month, the Atoll Business Expo aims to directly connect businesses operating across the country, including start‑ups, established companies and industry professionals, with enterprises based in Baa Atoll. The event is designed to foster partnerships, encourage innovation and strengthen commercial networks between atoll businesses, major companies and tourism industry stakeholders.
