The Department of Judicial Administration (DJA) says it is working to introduce the Integrated Case Management System across all courts in the Maldives before July this year.

The system was officially launched at the Civil Court on Thursday by Judicial Service Commission (JSC) President Husni Mubarak.

According to the DJA, the goal is to ensure that every court in the country begins using the system before July, as part of the judiciary’s broader effort to digitise services in line with the government’s Maldives 2.0 policy.

The agency said the platform is designed to integrate with systems used by multiple institutions within the justice sector. Built on international best practices, the software is expected to position the Maldives as a regional leader in judicial digital transformation, the DJA noted.

The system was first introduced at the Criminal Court before being expanded to other courts.
