The Maldives capital market recorded a historic shift following the Bank of Maldives (BML)’s Annual General Meeting on Saturday, a shift that the Maldives Stock Exchange says marks one of the most significant corporate actions in the country’s financial market history. According to the MSE, the total market capitalization of all listed securities stood at approximately MVR 33 billion on Friday.
