Islamic Ministry states tonight’s Magrib and Isha prayers at King Salman Mosque in Male’ City will be led by Imam of Masjid al-Nabawi Sheikh Dr. Salah bin Muhammad al-Budair who is currently on an official visit to the Maldives.
This will mark the first time he is leading a congregational prayer in the Maldives during his ongoing visit.
Tonight's Magrib prayer is at 18:13pm while Isha prayer is at 19:27pm.
On Thursday, he will lead the congregational Isha prayer at the Islamic Centre which will be followed by a special religious lecture. He is also scheduled to lead the Friday prayer on Friday afternoon.
Imam Budair arrived in the Maldives on a five-day official visit on Monday. He paid a courtesy call on President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu on Tuesday. He also met with senior officials from Islamic Ministry on Tuesday.
