President Mohamed Nasheed has today formed a new company to manage the Kaadeddhoo Airport, under the name Kaadeddhoo Airport Company.
Kaadeddhoo Airport Company is a limited liability company, which is wholly owned by the Maldivian Government. It was set up by a Presidential Resolution.
The President’s Office said today that the company has been formed so that it can work for the economic development and social welfare of the country, through management of a regional airport in an efficient and effective manner.
Kaadeddhoo is one of the four regional airports in the southern region of the Maldives. It is located in Kaadeddhoo, G.Dh. Atoll.
