The Attorney General’s Office has agreed to send a representative lawyer to Gaddhoo Magistrate Court, following the High Court’s order that Gaddhoo Magistrate Court’s order was to send a representative lawyer from the Attorney General’s Office.

Sun has received information that the representative lawyer of Attorney General’s Office who is to attend the trial which will take place tomorrow morning at the Gaddhoo Magistrate Court, will depart to Gaddhoo today.

The High Court’s decision regarding this case declared on 13 December, states that the order by Gaddhoo Magistrate Court is not for the Attorney General himself to attend the Gaddhoo Magistrate Court.

The case requesting for the attendance of the Attorney General’s Office representative concerns pension schemes.

The High Court’s order states that any person of the Attorney General’s office, appointed by the Attorney General, can attend this trail.
