Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) has opened a photo exhibition, displaying photos which allegedly show reasons why the former President had to resign, and injuries caused to members of the public by the Police.
The ‘Exhibition of Public Inquiry’ was opened by former President Mohamed Nasheed last night at Male’ City Council Hall.
According to MDP, the purpose of the exhibition is to display all the events which took place on 6, 7, 8 February and later, at one location.
They said that the photos, videos, writings and live performances at the exhibition will show how the former President was forced to resign.
The Exhibition will be on from Monday to Wednesday from 14:00 till 21:30.
Adhaalath Party also opened an Art Exhibition yesterday at the National Art Gallery, displaying paintings on how the government was changed on 7 February 2012.
