President: Maldivians in Sri Lanka to get Aasandha from April

President Ibrahim mohamed Solih has said that Maldivians residing in Sri Lanka will be getting Aasandha Insurance services starting from April. 

Talking to the Maldivian community living Sri Lanka as part of his ongoing visit to the country to take part in their Indepedence Day celebrations, President said that the most important thing the Maldivians in Sri Lanka needs is Aasandha Insurance. 

The President also said that the government is working towards arranging the provision of Aasandha Insurance services for Maldivian nationals residing in other neighboring countries as well. As such, the President reported that discussions are ongoing with the respective authorities of other countries.
