Cases against Hamid and Bondey submitted to PG

The Prosecutor General’s (PG) Office has said that cases have been submitted by the Police, against Henveiru Dhekunu MP Hamid Abdul Gafoor and Maafannu Dhekunu MP Ibrahim Rasheed (Bondey).

An official of the PG Office said that both cases were submitted last week, and that they are currently under investigation.

The Police have accused Hamid Abdul Gafoor of obstructing Police duties, while Ibrahim Rasheed has been accused of obstructing Police duties, assault, intimidation, and inciting violence.
