A final opportunity to join Road Race 2017

Dhiraagu has opened a last opportunity to join the Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race 2017.

Media Official of Dhiraagu said that the Road Race set for this Friday is the largest and the most popular marathon in the country and they have re-opened the chance to join the race after cancelling the registrations of those who did not collect the bib among the 3000 registered participants.

While re-registrations have been opened since 10 a.m. this morning to fill the vacancies, Dhiraagu said that it would be on a first come-first serve basis.

Open to all ages, Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race is the only national marathon in the Maldives.

Similar to the past years, T-shirts would be given to the participants for donations of MVR 50 and above. Donations would be presented to the Partner NGO's of the Road Race.

Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race 2017 to be held in Hulhumale' is the 11th annual race and, as the past years, would have the two categories of 5 km and 10 km.
